Ningbo Huaxiang subsidiary partners for humanoid robot development

Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Ningbo Huaxiang Qiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huaxiang Qiyuan"), entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Dahuan Robot Technology Co., Ltd. ("Dahuan Robot") on December 22, 2025. This partnership aims to accelerate the development of the universal humanoid robot industry by focusing on the research, manufacturing, and sales of dexterous hands for universal humanoid robots.

Under the agreement, Dahuan Robot will be responsible for product design, development validation, and servo cylinder modules. Huaxiang Qiyuan will oversee the confirmation of dexterous hand solutions, mass production assembly, and customer sales. The agreement has a term of two years from its effective date. Jointly developed technological achievements and intellectual property will generally be co-owned by both parties.

The company stated that this collaboration represents a strategic extension of its main business and is not expected to significantly impact its operating performance or financial independence. This agreement is a preliminary intention, and subsequent specific cooperation requires further negotiation and formal agreements.
