Huagong Tech appoints new employee director as Wu Tao resigns

Huagong Tech Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors received a written resignation from Mr. Wu Tao on December 22, 2025. Mr. Wu Tao resigned from his position as a director of the ninth board due to company governance adjustments and work reasons, and will not hold any other positions within the company. His departure took effect on the date the resignation report was delivered to the board.

In response to the vacancy and to improve corporate governance, Huagong Tech convened an employee representative meeting on December 22, 2025. Ms. Wang Ruohong was elected as an employee director for the ninth board. Her term will run from the date of the employee representative meeting until the expiration of the ninth board's term. Ms. Wang Ruohong, born in November 1983, is a college-educated engineer who joined Wuhan Huagong Laser Engineering Co., Ltd. in May 2014. She currently serves as the director of the Industrial Design Center at Wuhan Huagong Laser Engineering Co., Ltd.

Ms. Wang Ruohong does not hold any company shares and has no affiliations with major shareholders, the actual controller, or other directors and senior management. Her qualifications meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association for serving as a director.
