Fibocom Wireless establishes new subsidiary for industrial park investment in Jiangxi

Shenzhen Fibocom Wireless Co., Ltd. (Fibocom Wireless) announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guanghetong Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd., which has completed its industrial and commercial registration. This move follows a resolution passed at the company's board meeting on November 28, 2025, to sign an investment agreement with the People's Government of Shangli County for industrial park investment. The subsidiary's registered capital is RMB 50,000,000.

Guanghetong Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. was established on December 19, 2025, in the Baohua Community, Jinshan Town, Shangli County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, with Chen Shijiang named as its legal representative. Its business scope includes integrated circuit manufacturing, internet equipment manufacturing, network equipment manufacturing, and electrical signal equipment manufacturing. The company will also engage in the import and export of goods and technology.

Additionally, the new subsidiary will offer technology services, development, consulting, exchange, transfer, and promotion. It will also focus on communication equipment manufacturing, IoT device manufacturing, electronic component manufacturing, and the manufacturing and sales of computer software, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
