Biem.L.Fdlkk Garment to issue cash dividend for Q3 2025

Biem.L.Fdlkk Garment Co., Ltd. announced its equity distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025, approved during the third extraordinary shareholders' meeting on December 18, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.2 per 10 shares (including tax) to all shareholders, based on its total share capital of 570,707,084 shares. This totals RMB 11,414,141.68 in cash dividends, with no stock dividends or capital reserve conversions.

The equity distribution record date is December 26, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is December 29, 2025. The cash dividends entrusted to China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch will be disbursed on December 29, 2025, through shareholders' custodian securities companies or other custodian institutions directly into their capital accounts.

The dividend is subject to differentiated tax rates depending on the shareholder type and holding period. For instance, Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, as well as QFII and RQFII, and individuals and investment funds holding initial public offering restricted shares, will receive RMB 0.18 per 10 shares after tax. Individual income tax on dividends from post-IPO restricted shares, equity incentive restricted shares, and unrestricted circulating shares will be collected based on holding period upon stock transfer.
