Zhefu Holding Group major shareholders reduce stake to 19%

Zhefu Holding Group announced that its major shareholders, Mr. Ye Biao, Ms. Hu Jinlian, and Zhejiang Shenlian Investment Management Co., Ltd., reduced their combined shareholding. From November 7, 2025, to December 19, 2025, the information disclosers collectively sold 5,219.2748 million shares through centralized bidding, decreasing their stake by 1% to 19%.

Prior to this adjustment, the information disclosers held 104,385.4374 million shares, representing 20% of the company's total share capital. Following the transaction, their total holding now stands at 99,166.1626 million shares. Mr. Ye Biao's stake decreased from 16.1678% to 15.1678%, while Ms. Hu Jinlian's and Zhejiang Shenlian Investment Management Co., Ltd.'s percentages remained at 0% and 3.8322%, respectively.

The shares acquired by the information disclosers originated from a public offering to specific targets during a major asset restructuring in 2020. This change in equity interest complies with relevant regulations for shareholder reductions.
