Guoyuan Securities: Jian'an Investment pledges additional equity stake

Guoyuan Securities Co., Ltd. announced that its third-largest shareholder, Jian'an Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Jian'an Group), has pledged 25,016,119 shares of the company. This transaction represents 9.48% of Jian'an Group's total holdings and 0.57% of Guoyuan Securities' total share capital. The pledge, effective from December 18, 2025, to December 18, 2026, was made to Dongxing Securities Co., Ltd. to meet capital requirements.

Following this latest pledge, Jian'an Group's cumulative pledged shares now total 85,523,204, accounting for 32.41% of its total holdings and 1.96% of Guoyuan Securities' total share capital. Prior to this, Jian'an Group had 60,507,085 pledged shares. The company confirmed that the pledged shares are not intended for major asset restructurings, performance compensation, or other guarantee purposes.

Guoyuan Securities also stated that as of the announcement date, there is no risk of forced liquidation or transfer of Jian'an Group's shares. The company will continue to monitor the pledge and release of Jian'an Group's shares, advising investors to exercise caution.
