GoerTek gets NAFMII approval for RMB 3 bn medium-term notes

GoerTek Inc. announced today that it has received a "Notice of Acceptance of Registration" from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII). This notice approves the registration of its technology innovation bonds, following resolutions passed at the company's sixth board of directors meeting on August 21, 2025, and its first extraordinary general meeting on September 30, 2025.

The registered amount for the medium-term notes is RMB 3 billion, valid for two years from the date of the notice. China Construction Bank Corporation will serve as the lead underwriter for this issuance. GoerTek will have the flexibility to issue these technology innovation bonds in tranches within the registration's validity period.

GoerTek plans to issue the technology innovation bonds based on its funding requirements and market conditions, adhering to relevant regulatory guidelines for information disclosure, including the "Issuance Guidelines for Non-Financial Enterprise Debt Financing Instruments."
