Dahua Technology updates on subsidiary guarantee progress

Zhejiang Dahua Technology Co., Ltd. (Dahua Technology) has progressed with subsidiary guarantees, following a board resolution passed on March 28, 2025. The company's overall guarantee limit for its consolidated subsidiaries is 13,477 million yuan, with 1,099 million yuan allocated to subsidiaries with a debt-to-asset ratio below 70%, and 12,378 million yuan for those above 70%. These guarantees primarily support procurement, sales contract fulfillment, and financing activities. The authorized guarantee period extends from the 2024 annual general meeting until the following year's annual general meeting.

In a recent development, Dahua Technology issued two letters of guarantee totaling 13.01 million yuan to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Hangzhou Branch. These guarantees are for its subsidiary, Zhejiang Huashi Zhijian Technology Co., Ltd., to cover advance payments and performance for client projects. The guarantee periods extend until December 31, 2026, and December 16, 2028, respectively. Additionally, Dahua Technology has adjusted 13.01 million yuan of guarantee quota from its subsidiary Dahua Technology Co., Ltd., to Zhejiang Huashi Zhijian Technology Co., Ltd.

Furthermore, Huaray Technology Korea Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Huaray Technology Co., Ltd., provided performance guarantees totaling 282.1984 million won for equipment sales contracts in Korea. As of December 19, 2025, the company and its subsidiaries' actual external guarantee balance reached 8,979.3819 million yuan, representing 24.92% of the company's net assets as of the end of 2024. All guarantees are for subsidiaries, with no overdue or litigious external guarantees reported.
