Zhejiang Century Huatong Group Co., Ltd. disclosed today that its largest shareholder and his concerted parties have pledged or released 80% of their shares in the company. Wang Ji recently released pledges on 40,000,000 shares, representing 5.24% of his total holdings and 0.54% of the company's total share capital. The released pledges were originally initiated on April 21, 2025, and matured on December 18, 2025, with Suzhou Gongcheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Concurrently, Wang Ji newly pledged 40,000,000 shares, which accounts for 5.24% of his total holdings and 0.54% of the company's total share capital. These new pledges commenced on December 18, 2025, and will remain in effect until Wang Ji applies for their release. The pledgee for these new transactions is China Bank of China Suzhou Industrial Park Branch, and the purpose of the pledge is financing.

As of the disclosure date, Wang Ji and his concerted parties have a cumulative 950,684,900 shares pledged, representing 87.58% of their total holdings and 12.90% of the company's total share capital. The company noted a specific risk that the total number of pledged shares by the largest shareholder and their concerted parties (including this transaction) exceeds 80% of their total holdings.
