Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry appoints new non-independent directors

Xinjiang Western Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. held its fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 17, 2025, where key resolutions regarding its board of directors were passed. The company appointed Mr. Zhang Zebao and Mr. Zhang Xiaoyi as non-independent directors for the fourth session of the board. Their terms began on December 17, 2025, and will conclude at the end of the fourth board of directors' tenure.

Mr. Zhang Zebao, born in November 1986, holds a bachelor's degree in auditing and has served as the company's board secretary since September 2025. Mr. Zhang Xiaoyi, born in June 1972, is an accountant and has been the head of the company's financial management department since August 2020. He has also served as the chairman of the supervisory board of Xinjiang Tianshan Yunmu Dairy Co., Ltd. since December 2021. Neither new director holds company shares.

The meeting also addressed other proposals, including the approval of the change of accounting firm, the revision of several corporate governance policies, and the management of raised funds. All proposals were approved with strong support from shareholders. The Beijing Guofeng Law Firm confirmed that the meeting's convening, procedures, and resolutions were legally compliant.
