Shiji Information gets extension for asset acquisition inquiry reply

Beijing Shiji Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Shiji Information) has received an extension from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) to reply to an audit inquiry letter. The company aims to acquire 13.50% equity in Shenzhen Siscom Software Co., Ltd. through a share issuance.

Shiji Information initially received the inquiry letter on October 28, 2025, and disclosed its initial response on November 20, 2025. Due to further audit opinions requiring modifications and supplementary information, and the extensive work involved, the company requested and was granted an extension.

The new deadline allows Shiji Information an additional period of up to 30 days from the original reply deadline to submit the revised response. The company stated that the transaction is still subject to approval by the SZSE and registration consent from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, emphasizing the uncertainty of the final outcome.
