Oriental Nations controlling shareholder adjusts pledged shares

Mr. Guan Lianping, controlling shareholder and actual controller of Beijing Business-Intelligence of Oriental Nations Corporation, has released 3.32m pledged shares. This represents 2.06% of his total holdings and 0.29% of the company's total share capital. These shares were originally pledged to Southwest Securities Co., Ltd.

Mr. Guan Lianping also extended the repurchase period for 9.01m pledged shares. This includes two tranches: 4.54m shares (2.82% of holdings, 0.40% of total capital) and 4.47m shares (2.78% of holdings, 0.39% of total capital). These extensions shift the repurchase due date from December 17, 2025, to December 17, 2026, with Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. remaining the pledgee.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Guan Lianping directly holds 160.88m shares, with 41.97m shares (26.09% of his holdings, 3.69% of total capital) currently pledged. Mr. Huo Weiping, another actual controller, holds 113.08m shares, with 30.76m shares (27.20% of his holdings, 2.70% of total capital) pledged. The company asserts that the current pledge activities do not pose a liquidation risk or materially impact the company's operations or governance.
