New Hope Dairy completes acquisition of Fuzhou Aoniu

New Hope Dairy Company Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of Fujian New Hope Aoniu Dairy Co., Ltd. and Fujian New Hope Aoniu Ranch Co., Ltd. The acquisition involved a 55% equity stake in these companies for a total transaction consideration of 111,443,750 yuan. The initial investment cooperation agreement was signed on August 12, 2019, with relevant industrial and commercial changes completed by early June 2020. A supplementary agreement was signed on October 27, 2023.

As of November 2025, New Hope Dairy had cumulatively paid 109,129,163.44 yuan. The company recently completed the payment of the remaining equity transfer amount of 2,314,586.56 yuan, following procedures with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and banking institutions. This final payment marks the full completion of the Fuzhou Aoniu acquisition project.
