Henan Yicheng New Energy appoints Pan-China as new audit firm for 2025

Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300080) has resolved to appoint Pan-China Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its audit firm for the 2025 fiscal year, replacing Henan Shou-Zheng Innovation Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). This decision was made after an open tender process, in line with the company's business development and overall audit requirements, and approved by the board on December 17, 2025.

The appointment will be effective upon approval by the company's shareholders. Pan-China Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) has affirmed its independence and integrity, and its audit fees for 2025 are set at CNY 1.04 million (including tax), representing a 13.33% decrease from the previous year. The audit committee and board of directors have both approved the change, confirming that Pan-China possesses the necessary professional competence and investor protection capabilities.

The proposal for the change in the audit firm for 2025 will be submitted as an ad-hoc proposal to the company's Sixth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for 2025, scheduled for December 29, 2025. This proposal was initiated by the controlling shareholder, China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group Co., Ltd., which holds 40.29% of the company's total share capital.
