Guizhou Space Appliance finalizes acquisition of Shenzhen Aerospace Motor System stake

Guizhou Space Appliance Co., Ltd. has announced the signing of an equity transfer contract to acquire 32% of Shenzhen Aerospace Motor System Co., Ltd. The transaction, initially approved by the board on November 21, 2025, involved participating in a public delisting process via the Shenzhen United Property Rights Exchange. The transferor is China Aerospace Science and Industry Shenzhen (Group) Co., Ltd.

The agreed-upon transfer price for the 32% equity stake is 46,590,300.00 yuan. Payment will be made in two installments to a dedicated settlement account at the Shenzhen United Property Rights Exchange. Following the issuance of a property rights transaction certificate, the transferor, Shenzhen Aerospace Motor System, will receive the funds, including a deposit of 1,397,709.00 yuan.

Both parties are committed to completing the industrial and commercial registration and property rights transfer of the target company within 30 working days after the property rights transaction certificate is issued. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 0.05% of the transaction price.
