GF Securities schedules three shareholder meetings in December

GF Securities will convene its 2025 third extraordinary general meeting, 2025 second A-share class meeting, and 2025 second H-share class meeting on December 23, 2025. The meetings, which combine onsite and online voting, will address a proposal to revise the company's articles of association and its accompanying annexures.

The onsite meeting will commence at 2:30 p.m. on December 23, 2025, in Guangzhou. A-share holders can vote online via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system, with voting hours from 9:15-9:25 a.m., 9:30-11:30 a.m., and 1:00-3:00 p.m. on the same day. The equity registration date for these meetings is set for December 17, 2025.

H-share shareholders are directed to refer to announcements on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure website and the company's website for details on their participation. The proposed revision to the articles of association is a special resolution, requiring approval by at least two-thirds of the votes cast by attending shareholders (including proxies) at each respective meeting.
