Zotye Automobile secures RMB 500m pre-approved credit line

Zotye Automobile Co. recently announced it has obtained a pre-approved credit line of RMB 500 million from Zhejiang Yongkang Rural Commercial Bank Co. This comprehensive pre-approved credit falls within the company's previously approved total credit limit of up to RMB 4.5 billion for 2025, authorized at the annual general meeting on June 13, 2025.

The pre-approved credit line, detailed in an "Intention Letter for Pre-Approved Credit," has an initial validity period of six months. The funds from this credit facility are primarily intended to support Zotye Automobile's operational activities.

Zhejiang Yongkang Rural Commercial Bank, the provider of the credit, is located in Yongkang City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province.
