Easyhome New Retail names Zhang Wanxin as employee director

Easyhome New Retail Group Co., Ltd. held its second employee representative meeting in 2025, electing Mr. Zhang Wanxin as an employee director for the company's twelfth board of directors. Mr. Zhang will serve alongside nine non-independent directors and five independent directors, with his term coinciding with that of the twelfth board. The appointment ensures the number of directors concurrently serving as senior management and employee representatives adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

Mr. Zhang Wanxin, born in 1973, holds a master's degree and brings extensive experience from various leadership roles within Wuhan Zhongshang Group companies. These include general manager positions at Wuhan Zhongshang Pingjia Chain Division and Wuhan Zhongshang Supermarket Chain Co., Ltd. He currently serves as deputy general manager of Wuhan Zhongshang Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Easyhome New Retail Group, and general manager of Wuhan Zhongshang Supermarket Chain Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhang holds 21,991 shares in the company and meets all eligibility criteria for directorship, with no record of disciplinary action, criminal investigation, or classification as a dishonest person. He has no related party relationships with major shareholders, actual controllers, or other directors and senior management.
