Zhongda Leader forms new joint venture for plastic gearbox manufacturing

Ningbo Zhongda Leader Intelligent Transmission Co., Ltd. (Zhongda Leader) announced the successful registration of its joint venture, Foshan Zhongda Lixin Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Established on December 16, 2025, the new company has a registered capital of RMB 8 million and will primarily focus on the research, development, production, and sales of plastic gearboxes and related products.

Zhongda Leader holds a 40% stake in the joint venture, contributing RMB 3.2 million. Other key investors include Cen Guojian (20%, RMB 1.6 million), Li Qing (15%, RMB 1.2 million), Liang Guangwei (15%, RMB 1.2 million), and Beijing Qunyu Smart Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (10%, RMB 800,000).

The joint venture’s business scope includes the research and development of motors and control systems, manufacturing and sales of gears, gear reducers, and gearboxes, as well as micro special motors and components, bearings, and transmission parts. This move aligns with Zhongda Leader's strategic growth initiatives.
