Yunnan Energy Investment announces director resignation, new employee representative

Yunnan Energy Investment Co., Ltd. announced that non-independent director Liu Xifen has resigned from her roles as a director and a member of the company's Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, effective immediately. She will continue to serve as a party committee member and chief financial officer.

The company has elected He Jin as an employee representative director for the eighth session of the board through a recent employee representative meeting. He Jin's term will run until the expiration of the current board's term. Born in January 1984, he holds a master's degree and currently serves as the deputy secretary of the party committee and chairman of the labor union for the company.

Following He Jin's election, the total number of directors also holding senior management positions or serving as employee representatives on the company's eighth board will not exceed one-half of the total number of directors, aligning with relevant laws and the company's articles of association.
