Sunward Intelligent shareholders approve business scope change

Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on December 16, 2025. A total of 1,306 shareholders, representing 414,896,224 shares with voting rights, or 38.6087% of the total share capital, participated through on-site and online voting.

The key resolution, "Proposal 1.00: On Changing the Business Scope and Amending the Articles of Association," was overwhelmingly approved. A total of 413,414,624 votes were cast in favor, representing 99.6429% of the effective voting shares present. There were 1,120,200 votes against (0.2700%) and 361,400 abstentions (0.0871%).

Small and medium shareholders also significantly supported the resolution, with 64,431,939 votes in favor, accounting for 97.7522% of their effective voting shares. Hunan Qiyuan Law Firm confirmed that the meeting's procedures, attendance, and resolutions complied with relevant laws and company articles.
