Shanghai Xuerong Bio-Technology appoints new chief financial officer

Shanghai Xuerong Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300511) announced on December 15, 2025, that its board of directors approved the appointment of Chen Xueqiang as the company's chief financial officer. The appointment is effective from the date of the resolution until the end of the current board's term.

Chen Xueqiang, born in December 1970, holds a college degree and is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and International Certified Internal Auditor. His career includes serving as financial section chief at Zhejiang Meixinda Dyeing Group Co., Ltd. from April 2005 to May 2010, and as financial controller at Deme Technology Group Co., Ltd. from June 2010 to January 2023. Most recently, from February 2023 to November 2025, he was the audit controller at Deme Technology Group Co., Ltd.

The board meeting, convened by chairman Jiang Zhi, was held on December 15, 2025, with six out of seven directors present. Chen Xueqiang currently holds no shares in Shanghai Xuerong Bio-Technology and has no related party relationship with other directors, senior management, major shareholders, controlling shareholders, or actual controllers. He has not been subject to penalties from the China Securities Regulatory Commission or other relevant departments, nor stock exchange sanctions.
