Zhejiang Garden Bio-Chemical adjusts investments, amends articles

Zhejiang Garden Bio-Chemical High-tech is set to revise its Articles of Association, specifically updating the company's address to "Kangping Road 2, Namma Town, Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province." This amendment, alongside others, will be submitted for approval at a shareholder meeting after being passed by the board on December 15, 2025.

In tandem, the company is re-balancing its convertible bond investment projects. The "6,000-ton VA Powder and 20,000-ton VE Powder Project" will see a reduction in allocated funds by 10,000,000.00 yuan, with these funds redirected to the "5,000-ton Vitamin B Project" and the "200-ton Biotin Project," which will receive additional allocations of 7,000,000.00 yuan and 3,000,000.00 yuan respectively. This reallocation reflects a strategic decision to postpone the 20,000-ton VE powder component due to current market conditions.

These adjustments aim to optimize the use of capital, strengthen the company's competitive position, and align with its long-term development strategy. The board has approved these changes, which now await shareholder consent.
