Huaxi Securities announces 2025 interim cash dividend distribution

Huaxi Securities will implement its 2025 interim equity distribution, as approved by the extraordinary general meeting held on November 17, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.40 yuan (including tax) per 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 2,625,000,000 shares. This totals a cash dividend of 105,000,000 yuan. There will be no bonus shares or conversion of capital reserves into share capital.

The equity registration date for the distribution is December 19, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for December 22, 2025. Shareholders registered by the close of trading on December 19, 2025, with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (Shenzhen Branch) will be eligible for the dividend.

For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, and overseas institutions (including QFII and RQFII), as well as individuals and investment funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend after tax will be 0.36 yuan per 10 shares.
