Haixin Energy announces board reshuffle as chairman, two directors resign

Beijing Haixin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Haixin Energy) announced the resignations of its chairman and non-independent director, Yu Zhiwei, and non-independent directors Li Xuemei and Wang Di. Yu Zhiwei is stepping down due to work adjustments. Li Xuemei and Wang Di are also resigning from their non-independent director positions and committee roles. None of the resigning individuals hold company shares.

In response, Haixin Energy's board, based on recommendations from its controlling shareholder, Beijing Haixin Low-Carbon Technology Development Co., Ltd., has nominated Zhuhe, Situ Zhibo, and Yan Fei as new non-independent director candidates. These nominations are subject to approval at the company's Fourth Interim Shareholders' Meeting in 2025.

Zhuhe, who previously served as a non-independent director, will assume Yu Zhiwei's committee roles if elected. Situ Zhibo is nominated to take over Li Xuemei's committee positions, and Yan Fei is nominated for Wang Di's committee roles. All proposed candidates meet the necessary qualifications.
