Shenyu Communication announces winning numbers for convertible bonds

Shenyu Communication Technology Co., Ltd. has announced the winning lottery numbers for its public issuance of convertible corporate bonds. A total of 213,696 winning numbers were drawn, with each winning number entitling the holder to subscribe for 10 units (1,000 yuan) of Shenyu convertible bonds. The lottery results were overseen by representatives and notarized by the Luohu Notary Office in Shenzhen.

Online investors who have won the lottery must ensure sufficient funds are in their capital accounts by December 15, 2025 (T+2 day) to fulfill their payment obligations. Failure to make full payment will result in the abandonment of the subscription, with the abandoned portion being underwritten by the lead underwriter, Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. Investors who have abandoned subscriptions three times within a 12-month period will be restricted from participating in online subscriptions for new shares, depositary receipts, convertible bonds, and exchangeable corporate bonds for six months.

The lead underwriter will underwrite any unsubscribed portion of the issuance, up to a maximum of 30% of the total offering, or 150,000,000 yuan. If the actual underwriting ratio exceeds 30%, the lead underwriter will initiate an internal risk assessment and may continue the issuance or halt it in consultation with the issuer.
