Zhongxing Bio-Technology redeems, subscribes to wealth management products

Tianshui Zhongxing Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. has actively managed its idle self-owned funds through entrusted wealth management, as approved by its board of directors in March 2025. The company can utilize up to CNY 60,000 million (including the principal and reinvested returns from prior investments) for wealth management within a 12-month period.

Recently, the company redeemed a wealth management product, "Dongzheng Ronghui Huixiang No. 1 Collective Asset Management Plan," from Dongzheng Ronghui Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. The product, subscribed on December 4, 2024, for CNY 2,000 million, was fully redeemed by December 11, 2025, yielding an actual annualized return of 2.96% and an actual income of CNY 59.13 million.

Furthermore, the company made two new subscriptions. On December 9, 2025, it subscribed to "Dongzheng Ronghui Huixiang No. 29 Collective Asset Management Plan" for CNY 2,000 million. The next day, on December 10, 2025, an additional CNY 1,000 million was used to subscribe to "Guotai Junan Futures Junhe Youxiang No. 169 Single Asset Management Plan." As of the announcement date, the company holds CNY 38,000 million in entrusted wealth management products.
