The company estimates sales of goods and services to related parties will reach 3,785,000 yuan and purchases of goods and services from related parties will total 2,822,400 yuan. This follows the January-November 2025 period, where sales amounted to approximately 2,798,700 yuan and purchases were around 2,156,800 yuan.

The transactions primarily involve the purchase of engines, gearboxes, interior parts, and other components, acceptance of vehicle superstructure services, and sales of export vehicles and axles. The board of directors approved the 2026 forecast, with related directors abstaining, and it awaits shareholder approval.
