Infore Environment to boost subsidiary guarantee limit by 240m yuan

Infore Environment Technology Group announced an increase in its guarantee limit for subsidiaries by 240,000,000 yuan, primarily for Guangdong Infore Intelligent Cleaning Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary. This new limit will bring the total authorized guarantee amount for subsidiaries to 576,950,000 yuan for 2025, pending shareholder approval. The company’s overall external guarantee balance, including new authorizations, is projected to reach 1,232,722,500 yuan, representing 70.36% of its latest audited net assets.

The proposal will be presented at the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, scheduled for December 29, 2025. This meeting will also address revisions to the company's articles of association and other governance policies. The guarantee increase is deemed crucial for the subsidiaries' operational development and long-term stability.

The board of directors approved the increase unanimously. The subsidiary, Guangdong Infore Intelligent Cleaning Technology Co., Ltd., which had total assets of 239,334,640 yuan and liabilities of 239,813,530 yuan as of September 30, 2025, has committed to providing counter-guarantees.
