Feilong Auto Components extends project timelines, relocates production line

Feilong Auto Components announced the further extension of two key fund-raising investment projects: "Henan Feilong (Wuhu) Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 6 Million New Energy Electronic Water Pumps Project" and "Zhengzhou Feilong Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Annual Production of 5.6 Million New Energy Thermal Management Component Series Products Project." The completion date for both projects has been adjusted from December 31, 2025, to June 30, 2026, due to evolving market conditions and the need for scientific investment pacing.

The company also reversed a previous decision, terminating a production line equipment lease agreement for an electronic water pump precision assembly line. This line, originally relocated to Chongqing, will now be moved back to Wuhu Feilong for continued use. This change aims to integrate internal resources, optimize the industrial layout, and improve overall operational efficiency.

As of November 30, 2025, the electronic water pump project had invested CNY 20,341.92 thousand out of a committed CNY 28,600.00 thousand, while the thermal management project invested CNY 18,037.45 thousand out of CNY 27,149.00 thousand. These adjustments, approved by the board, are considered a prudent response to industry developments and will not substantially alter the projects' implementation or harm shareholder interests.
