Yuexiu Capital schedules extraordinary shareholder meeting for December 18

Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (the "company") has announced its Sixth Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, scheduled for December 18, 2025. The meeting will feature both on-site and online voting via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet platform. On-site voting will begin at 3:00 p.m., while online voting through the trading system will be available from 9:15-9:25 a.m., 9:30-11:30 a.m., and 1:00-3:00 p.m. The internet voting system will be open from 9:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on December 18, 2025. Shareholders can register for the meeting in person on December 17, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by mail or fax before 5:00 p.m. on the same day.
