Windey gets CSRC nod for green perpetual bond issuance

Windey Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Windey) announced today that it has received registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for the public issuance of green perpetual corporate bonds to professional investors. The approval, designated as "CSRC Permit [2025]2690," allows the company to issue green perpetual bonds with a total face value not exceeding CNY 2.5 bn.

The registration approval is valid for 24 months from the date of consent, permitting Zhejiang Windey to issue the green perpetual bonds in tranches within this period. The company is required to adhere strictly to the submitted prospectus and report any significant events promptly until the issuance is complete.

This issuance was previously approved by the company's Fifth Board of Directors at its thirty-second meeting and by the 2025 Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Zhejiang Windey will now proceed with the necessary arrangements for the issuance in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the CSRC's approval, while fulfilling its information disclosure obligations.
