Sonoscape Medical extends completion dates for key capital projects

Sonoscape Medical Corp. (SZSE:300633) is extending the completion dates for two key projects funded by raised capital: the "Songshan Lake Sonoscape Medical Device R&D Project" and the "Headquarters Base Construction Project."

The R&D project's expected completion date is moved from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2026, while the Headquarters Base project is now anticipated to be completed by December 31, 2027. This decision, approved by the board of directors and supervisory committee on December 10, 2025, aligns with the company's assessment of actual construction progress and does not alter the projects' purpose, total investment, or implementing entity.

The extensions are attributed to ongoing internal renovation and preparatory work for the Songshan Lake project, and the lengthy planning, discussion, and construction phases of the multi-party Headquarters Base project. Great Wall Securities Company Limited, the sponsor institution, has reviewed the extensions and found them consistent with relevant regulations, affirming no adverse impact on normal operations or stakeholder interests. The company confirms it will continue to prioritize project oversight to ensure timely completion.

These resolutions were part of a broader set of approvals, including the proposed cancellation of the supervisory committee, revisions to the company's articles of association, and updates to various corporate governance policies, which will be put to a shareholder vote at the second extraordinary general meeting on December 30, 2025. This meeting will also cover the adoption of new policies on remuneration management, internal audit, and information disclosure.
