Maccura subsidiary secures registration for new hematology analyzer

Maccura Biotechnology Co., Ltd. announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Maccura Medical Electronic Co., Ltd., has received a Medical Device Registration Certificate from the Sichuan Provincial Medical Products Administration. The certificate is for an Automatic Cell Morphology Analyzer (Product Name: M 100), categorized under Type II medical devices. The registration is valid from December 8, 2025, to December 7, 2030.

The analyzer is intended for the morphological analysis of peripheral blood cell smears, including image capture, visual observation, and description of white blood cell single-cell images, initial classification, red blood cell morphology description, and platelet count estimation. This new product is expected to enhance Maccura's hematology platform, meet diverse customer needs, and strengthen its competitive edge in blood diagnostics and intelligent laboratory solutions.
