Guosen Securities to pay interest on 2023 corporate bonds in December 2025

Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. announced upcoming interest payments for its 2023 corporate bonds issued to professional investors. The interest payment date for Tranche Eight (Tranche One and Tranche Two) is scheduled for December 15, 2025, with the record date set for December 12, 2025. Investors holding the bonds as of the record date will be eligible for the payment.

Tranche One (bond code: 148549), with an issue amount of RMB 2 bn and a three-year term, carries a coupon rate of 2.96%. Each 10-bond unit will distribute RMB 29.60 before tax. For individual and investment fund bondholders, the after-tax payment will be RMB 23.68. Non-resident enterprise bondholders, including QFII and RQFII, will receive RMB 29.60 per 10 bonds, as their income is currently exempt from corporate income tax.

Tranche Two (bond code: 148550), with an issue amount of RMB 3 bn and a five-year term, has a coupon rate of 3.12%. Each 10-bond unit will distribute RMB 31.20 before tax. Individual and investment fund bondholders will receive RMB 24.96 after tax, while non-resident enterprise bondholders will receive RMB 31.20. The company will entrust China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch with the interest distribution.
