Glodon's controlling shareholder unpledges significant portion of holdings

Glodon Co., Ltd. announced today that its controlling shareholder, Diao Zhizhong, has unpledged 8,400,000 shares of the company. This represents 3.29% of his total holdings and 0.51% of Glodon's total share capital. The pledge, originally established on June 27, 2022, was released on December 10, 2025, with China Industrial and Commercial Bank, Jiangyin Branch, serving as the pledgee.

Following this transaction, Diao Zhizhong's cumulative pledged shares now stand at 51,650,000, accounting for 20.25% of his total holdings and 3.13% of the company's total share capital. Neither Diao Zhizhong nor his consistent action party, Beijing Jianyan Xingye Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), have any restricted or frozen pledged shares.

As of the announcement date, Diao Zhizhong holds 255,090,810 shares (15.44% of total equity), while Beijing Jianyan Xingye Enterprise Management Partnership holds 2,000,000 shares (0.12% of total equity). Their combined shareholding totals 257,090,810 shares, representing 15.56% of Glodon's share capital, with a cumulative 51,650,000 pledged shares, representing 20.09% of their combined holdings.
