Eve energy chairman unpledges portion of shares

Eve Energy Co., Ltd. announced that its actual controller and chairman, Liu Jincheng, has unpledged 4,800,000 shares. This represents 8.08% of his total holdings and 0.23% of the company's total share capital. The shares were pledged on July 22, 2025, and released on December 10, 2025, with Zhongxin Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the pledgee.

Following this release, Liu Jincheng's pledged shares now stand at 18,200,000, reducing his pledged percentage to 30.62% of his holdings. The total number of pledged shares by the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties remains significant, at 284,040,000 shares. This figure represents 36.68% of their combined holdings and 13.88% of Eve Energy's total share capital.

The company's total share capital, used for calculation purposes, is 2,045,746,274 shares, based on data as of December 10, 2025. This takes into account the conversion period of the company's "Eve Convertible Bonds."
