As of the announcement date, Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co., Ltd. and its controlled subsidiaries have an estimated total external guarantee amount of 1,814,065.02 yuan (including 160 bn yuan for inter-subsidiary guarantees) approved by the Board of Directors and Shareholders' Meeting. The actual external guarantee balance stands at 1,256,548.72 yuan, representing 147.11% of the company's most recent audited net assets.

Within this total, guarantees to consolidated entities amount to 1,083,166.93 yuan, or 126.81% of net assets. Guarantees provided to associate companies total 169,904.20 yuan, with 152,809.75 yuan attributed to related party associate companies, constituting 19.89% of net assets.
