Sanqi Interactive invests in Lighthouse Founders' Fund for AI and pan-technology

Wuhu Sanqi Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Sanqi Interactive Entertainment) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, 37 Starseek Co., Limited, has entered into a subscription agreement to invest in Lighthouse Founders' Fund L.P. The fund's total estimated size is up to $80 million, with 37 Starseek committing up to $2 million, representing approximately 2.5% of the fund.

Lighthouse Founders' Fund L.P. will focus its investments on high-quality companies in AI and other related pan-technology sectors. The fund aims to generate capital appreciation and align with Sanqi Interactive Entertainment's strategic development in frontier technology. The general partner, Lighthouse Founders' Fund GP Ltd., specializes in investment and transaction opportunities across AI applications, C-end AI, embodied AI, AI hardware, and future AI technologies.

This investment, funded by Sanqi Interactive Entertainment's own capital, does not constitute a connected transaction or a major asset restructuring. The company will adhere to regulatory requirements and disclose further developments regarding the investment as they occur.
