Runze Tech forecasts RMB 730m in 2026 related party transactions

Runze Intelligent Computing Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Runze Tech) anticipates engaging in recurring related party transactions totaling no more than RMB 730 million for 2026. This projection encompasses dealings with entities such as Yingshanhong Hotel Management Co., Ltd. and other affiliates, as part of its ongoing business operations. For January to September 2025, the company and its subsidiaries recorded actual related party transactions amounting to RMB 445.458 million.

The 2026 forecast includes significant transactions such as an estimated RMB 310 million for accommodation and catering services from Yingshanhong Hotel Management, and RMB 120 million for goods procurement from Langfang Runze Data Information Group Co., Ltd. Additionally, services from Langfang Runze Data Information Group Co., Ltd. are projected at RMB 15 million for conference services, and goods procurement from Zihui Xincanggou (Langfang) E-commerce Co., Ltd. is expected to reach RMB 90 million.

The estimated transactions also include RMB 65 million for communication network pipeline leasing from Iantong Communication Network Co., Ltd. and RMB 130 million for office building leasing from Langfang Runze Data Information Group Co., Ltd. The proposals were approved by Runze Tech's independent directors, the audit committee, and the board of directors on December 8, 2025, with relevant directors abstaining from voting. The transactions are priced at market rates, reflecting fair and reasonable terms.
