Oriental Ocean to appoint new independent director, calls shareholder meeting

Shandong Oriental Ocean Sci-Tech Co., Ltd.'s board of directors approved the nomination of Mr. Zhang Zhonghua as a candidate for independent director on December 10, 2025. This proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval.
