Moon Environment Technology: controlling shareholder reduces stake to 13.82%

Yantai Guofeng Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Yantai Guofeng), the controlling shareholder of Moon Environment Technology, has announced a reduction in its stake. On December 10, 2025, Yantai Guofeng divested 6,763,338 shares of Moon Environment Technology through a centralized bidding system on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This transaction represents 0.68% of the company's total share capital.

Following this divestment, Yantai Guofeng's ownership in Moon Environment Technology has decreased from 14.50% to 13.82%. Including its concerted parties, their combined shareholding now stands at 36.41%, down from 37.09%. The shares sold were part of holdings previously acquired through centralized bidding.

The transaction does not involve any changes in the ownership of restricted shares, as all holdings by Yantai Guofeng and its concerted parties remain unrestricted. The company confirmed no violations of relevant securities laws or regulations occurred during this shareholding change.
