Lanzhou Zhuangyuan shareholder unpledges significant portion of shares

Lanzhou Zhuangyuan Pasture Co. Ltd. announced that Mr. Ma Hongfu, a shareholder holding over 5% of the company's shares, has released a portion of his pledged shares. A total of 5,867,000 shares, representing 18.22% of Mr. Ma's holdings and 3% of the company's total share capital, were unpledged. The pledge period for these shares ran from September 11, 2023, to December 8, 2025.

Following this release, Mr. Ma Hongfu and his acting-in-concert parties now have 26,321,000 shares pledged, out of their total holding of 32,197,400 shares. This means 81.75% of their total shares and 13.46% of the company's total share capital remain pledged. The number of restricted and frozen shares that are pledged stands at 17,188,000.

The unpledged shares that are restricted or frozen amount to 9,400, representing 0.16% of the unpledged shares. The company assures stakeholders that it will continue to comply with all relevant laws and regulations in its information disclosure.
