Easyhome's control shifts to Wang Linpeng's widow, Yang Fang

Easyhome New Retail Group announced significant progress in the change of its actual controller following the passing of Wang Linpeng. His spouse, Yang Fang, is in the process of acquiring company shares through a combination of spousal joint property division and inheritance. Yang Fang is set to control 2,735,620,872 shares, representing 43.93% of the company's total share capital, making her the new actual controller.

A crucial development includes the completion of the industrial and commercial change for Beijing Zhongtian Jiyou Commercial Management Co., Ltd., where Yang Fang now holds 100% of the equity previously owned by Wang Linpeng. However, the direct transfer of Wang Linpeng's 372,049,824 shares in Easyhome (representing 5.97% of the total share capital), his 16.7003% equity in Easyhome Holdings, and his 100% equity in Horgos Easyhome Zhida Building Materials Studio, are still pending completion.

The company reassured stakeholders that this change in actual controller will not materially affect its daily operations, financial condition, independence, or ongoing business continuity.
