Anhui Zhongding forms robotics joint venture, expanding micro-motor development

Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. has announced the formation of a joint venture, Hefei Dingtuo Precision Technology Co., Ltd., with its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Ruizisibo Robot Technology Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Topda Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. The new entity, registered in Hefei, Anhui Province, was established with a total investment of CNY 10,000,000. Ruizisibo will hold a 51% stake with a recognized capital contribution of CNY 5,100,000, while Shaanxi Topda will hold 49% with CNY 4,900,000.

The joint venture, incorporated on December 10, 2025, has secured its business license. Its operational scope encompasses the manufacturing and sales of generators, micro-special motors and components, electronic components, and integrated circuits, alongside various technical services and import/export activities.

This strategic investment aligns with the company's long-term development goals, aiming to leverage combined expertise to advance micro-motor technology for applications such as humanoid robots and unmanned aerial vehicles. The company anticipates this move will bolster its robotics industry presence and enhance its product offerings in electro-mechanical drive modules. The company believes this will not materially impact its short-term financial performance or operating results.
