Yintai Gold to reappoint ShineWing as auditor for 2025 fiscal year

Yintai Gold Golden Co., Ltd. announced on December 8, 2025, that its board of directors approved the proposal to reappoint ShineWing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the company's audit firm for the 2025 fiscal year. This decision aligns with regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The reappointment is pending approval at the 2025 Fourth Interim Shareholders' Meeting.

ShineWing Certified Public Accountants, established on March 2, 2012, reported total business revenue of CNY 4.054 billion in 2024, with audit business revenue reaching CNY 2.587 billion and securities business revenue at CNY 976 million. As of December 31, 2024, ShineWing had 259 partners and 1,780 certified public accountants, with over 700 involved in securities service audit reports. The firm audited 383 listed companies in 2024, with total fees of CNY 471 million.

The proposed audit fees for 2025 include CNY 1.33 million for financial auditing and CNY 0.40 million for internal control auditing, totaling CNY 1.73 million, unchanged from the previous period. The audit committee and board of directors reviewed ShineWing's professional competence, investor protection capabilities, independence, and integrity, concluding that the firm meets the requirements for providing financial report and internal control audit services.
