Risen Energy appoints employee representative director Xu Haitao

Risen Energy Co., Ltd. announced the election of Xu Haitao as the employee representative director for its Fourth Board of Directors. The election, held on December 8, 2025, means Xu's term will run until the expiration of the Fourth Board of Directors' tenure. This appointment follows the company's second extraordinary general meeting on September 16, 2025, which approved amendments to the company's articles of association, mandating one employee representative director.

Xu Haitao, born in 1990, holds a bachelor's degree and has been with Risen Energy since January 2014, currently serving as a senior secretary in the CEO's office. He meets the qualifications for an employee representative director as per the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the company's articles of association. Xu does not hold any company shares and has no related party relationship with major shareholders, actual controllers, or other directors, supervisors, and senior management.

His appointment ensures that the number of senior management personnel and employee representatives on the Fourth Board of Directors does not exceed half of the total number of directors, adhering to relevant laws and regulations. Xu has no record of administrative penalties from regulatory bodies or disciplinary actions from stock exchanges.
