CSPC innovation pharmaceutical proposes Deloitte Huayong as new auditor

CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical announced its plan to appoint Deloitte Huayong Certified Public Accountants as its external auditor for the 2025 financial report and internal controls. This move would replace ShineWing Certified Public Accountants, and is driven by business needs and audit requirements, following the conclusion of a successful fundraising project. Both firms have been consulted and have no objections. The appointment awaits shareholder approval.

The company also announced the completion of its "Acarbose Green Factory Upgrade Technology Transformation Project," which was funded by proceeds from a 2023 share issuance. The remaining project funds, totaling CNY 3,621.73, will be permanently allocated to supplement working capital, aimed at enhancing fund utilization efficiency. This reallocation also requires shareholder approval.

Additionally, CSPC Innovation Pharmaceutical has projected its 2026 daily related party transaction limits. These transactions, primarily involving sales of goods, procurement of raw materials, and services, are part of the company's ordinary course of business and are priced at fair market value. The proposed related party transactions for 2026 are awaiting shareholder approval.
