Bank of Zhengzhou names Pan Feng chief risk officer

Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. recently received approval from the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration for the appointment of Pan Feng as its chief risk officer. The approval was granted via a reply (Yu Jin Fu (2025) No. 305). This appointment is effective immediately, strengthening the bank's senior management team.

Pan Feng, born in July 1971, holds a bachelor's degree and joined the bank in July 1993. His extensive career at Bank of Zhengzhou includes roles such as office staff, deputy director of the office, director of the office, secretary of the board of directors office, director of the board of directors office, director of the board of directors risk management office, and chairman of Xinmi Zheng-Yin Rural Bank Co., Ltd. He currently serves as chief risk officer, general manager of the head office board of directors strategic development department, and director of the related party transaction management center.

As of the announcement date, Pan Feng holds 1,331 A-shares in Bank of Zhengzhou. The bank confirmed that Pan Feng meets all regulatory requirements for senior management appointments, has no disqualifying affiliations, and has not faced any disciplinary actions or investigations from regulatory bodies or judicial authorities.
