Zongshen Power's second-largest shareholder rebrands, expands business scope

Chongqing Zongshen Power Machinery Co., Ltd. recently announced that its second-largest shareholder, formerly known as Tibet Guolong Technology Co., Ltd., has officially changed its name to Tibet Guolong Commercial Services Co., Ltd. This change, approved by the Lhasa Economic and Technological Development Zone Market Supervision Administration, includes updates to its business license affecting its name, business scope, and registered address.

The previous business scope of Tibet Guolong Technology Co., Ltd. included new material technology promotion, AI application software development, and motorcycle and parts research and development. The new entity, Tibet Guolong Commercial Services Co., Ltd., has expanded its primary business activities to include wholesale and retail of motorcycles and parts, motor vehicle repair and maintenance, apparel and footwear retail, sporting goods and equipment sales, and mechanical equipment sales. It also continues to offer services such as sales agency, financial and enterprise consulting, and AI application software development.

The registered address has also been updated to a new location within the Lhasa Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tibet Autonomous Region. The company's unified social credit code remains 915400007453065224, with Wang Daying as the legal representative and a registered capital of CNY 32,000,000. Chongqing Zongshen Power Machinery confirmed that these changes do not affect its equity structure, controlling shareholder, or actual controller, nor will they impact its production and operations.
